Why Wrap Your Car?
It can be hard to justify spending thousands of dollars to wrap your vehicle, especially when a wrap job only lasts 5-7 years. When you compare that to a paint job, you’ll see that paint can last up to 15 years or more. As much as I’d like to convince everyone that they need to wrap their car, it’s not the truth. Vinyl wrap is fantastic in some circumstances, but it’s not for everyone.
Vinyl really shines when you’re looking for a wild effect or color, or when you don’t want to change the original paint for resale value or to keep the option open to go back in the future. If you were looking to get your car traditionally painted in a plum purple that changes to blue and green and red depending on the lighting and angle, you would be spending tens of thousands of dollars; with a wrap you’d be looking at a fraction of that.
Another thing to consider is how long it takes to get the color change done. To get a paint job done is typically going to take significantly longer than a wrap job. A wrap shop has to prep the paint which takes some time, but if it’s in good shape then there’s no body work to do, only decontamination and cleaning.
Another benefit to wraps is the cool designs. We can get anything from camo, to chrome, to cheetah print, to carbon fiber. This is the real magic of vinyl wrap. Whatever you can dream up, we can do. And it’s all available for a fraction of the price of doing similar effects in paint.
